Just run off the platform to fall screaming into the water. Pull up and go to the far corner to get a large Medi pack (1). Kill the two dogs (1,2) that appear. Go to the end of the corridor and start climbing the blocks. At the top, back flip to a slope and jump forward and grab a ledge. Pull up and a mutant (3) appears at the other end. It seems to die by itself. Crawl to the other side and drop down onto a ledge. Run and jump to grab a monkey swing underneath the red ceiling blocks. Go to the other side and drop onto the tall column. Drop to the shorter column and jump into the tunnel. Follow it and emerge into a room with blocks. Go near the middle of the room and kill a guard (4). Notice the white tunnel at the back. Go into the green tunnel on the right to get a large Medi pack (2). At the end is a pushbutton. Press it and an easy timed gate in the white tunnel opens. Run there and go through the gate and exit next to a boat. Side jump over the boat and go into a tunnel for a large Medi pack (3), two Desert Eagle clips (4,5) and the Desert Eagle (6). Now go back and jump into the boat and drive it down into the water below.
Park the boat in an opening on the right side. Get out and kill three dogs (5,6,7) and explore the area to find a key lock on the back right wall. Back to the boat and go to the opening at the back of the pool. Kill a guard (8) and a dog (9). At the right corner is a ladder leading to many sloped pillars and a closed gate. Remember where this is for later. So go back to the water. At the pool bottom corners are two openings. Enter the opening nearest the back wall. Ignore all openings and go to the end and turn left. Near the end turn left and swim up for air and a small Medi pack (7). Back and swim until you see the RX-tech block. Turn right and generally keep swimming left until you pull up into a dry area. Pick up a Smuggler's key (8) from the floor. Swim back to the pool. Go into the opening at the left bottom corner. Swim until an RX-tech block and turn right. Generally go right and pull up into a room for air and a large Medi pack (9). Swim back to the pool and go to the key lock. Use the key and the gate at the top of the sloped pillars opens. Go to the other side of the pool to the back corner and climb the ladder. At the top, pull up, slide and grab the next pillar. Do this many times until you reach the door. Pull up there and start sliding again. As you slide, jump with a left curve as much as possible. You land on another slope on the left side. Slide down with a right jump and at the end jump and grab a safe pillar. Go inside the tunnel to the end.
On the right wall is another timed switch. Pull the switch, turn right and run down the tunnel. At the end, turn right, left, right, left, right and straight to a RX-tech box. Turn left, right, left, left again, right, left, right. Go around a block and turn left. At the T-junction, turn right and right again into the open door. It helps to practice the run a few times. Follow the tunnel to the room you use the monkey swing to get over. Jump over the two columns to a platform on the far wall. Turn right and jump into the tunnel before the platform drops. You could kill the two dogs (10,11) but there is nothing on the floor area to get. Run down the tunnel and the level ends.
