You start in a diving suit so air is not a problem. Turn around completely and swim towards the structure that was behind you. Go to either side and swim upwards. On a ledge you can pick up a small medipack (1) and a golden rose (2) [secret #1]. Watch out for the two sea hags (1,2). You cannot kill them but try to avoid them and the damage they cause. Return and swim towards the window and you can see men working in the room on the other side of the window. Then swim upwards into a cavern. First swim to the right and into a hole. Avoid another sea hag (3). Swim to the left side to get around the blue rock. Once past the rock, swim into an opening to the left. At the back of the room, pick up a golden rose (3) [secret #2] from a ledge and swim back out.
Go left and swim into the hole at the back wall. Swim through the room and go through the fire at the back. Once past, the water puts the fire out. You should immediately see a golden rose (4) [secret #3] on a pedestal. Swim into the hole behind the rose to pick up a small medipack (5). Swim back through the fire and return to the entrance of the room. There is an open area in front of you. But turn right and see a triangular opening in the corner for later. First go straight ahead and to the right of a structure to pick up a golden rose (6) [secret #4] from the floor. Return and swim into the triangular opening.
Swim up and into a tunnel. There are two sea hags (4,5) on your tail. At the end, there is a crawl space at the bottom to swim through. In the next room you catch file but the water protects you. Go forward into a room with blue scaffolding on a metal platform. Go to the right side and dive to the bottom to get a golden rose (7) [secret #5]. The author wrote in his notes and there are five roses, two medipacks and no end trigger. You have everything so you can just exit the level.
