Go to your right and pick up a golden rose (1) [secret #1] by the far wall. Turn the right wheel and a ramp is raised in the room. Go up to the top of the ramp and pick up a golden rose (2) [secret #2]. Turn the right wheel again and the room floods. Turn around and go to the back wall to pick up a golden rose (3) [secret #3]. The ramp is gone. Turn the middle wheel and the room is dry again. Turn the left wheel and you are in the cage behind the pipes. Pick up a golden rose (4) [secret #4]. As you face the room, go to the right sectopn of the cage and fall into deadly water. It may take a medipack or two but paddle on the surface until you get onto a slope in a corner. Then jump up and grab a wall. Climb out of the water and you are OK for health. Keep climbing the wall and pull up into an opening for a golden rose (5) [secret #5]. There is no end trigger so just exit the level.
